Purpose
A fun, interactive
program of activities that empower children and adults to take charge
of their personal well being with positive thinking about themselves,
each other and the world around them.
Program
The program is
based upon The Story of the StarHearts—a symbol representing positive
thinking with light and love. Activities are designed to
enhance awareness about the potential of positive energy and how to
cultivate it regularly. Participants will be able to implement
the ideas easily and effectively for long lasting benefits.
A great self esteem builder!

For Women
Camp
StarHeart is a magical theme for women’s retreats. The program
can be incorporated in a larger conference setting or stand alone for
a day or weekend retreat. Positive thinking takes practice and
there are many ways to reinforce that habit through unique
activities.
Activities
are chosen according to the interests of the group, time available and
location. Every session begins with a reading of The Story of
the StarHearts—the story about “two special ingredients from above.”
There are discussion topics, lots of handouts, food and “food for
thought,” coloring, singing and even dancing! That’s right!

To demonstrate the power of positive thinking, Cheryl Russell
fulfilled a life long dream at her first Camp StarHeart for women.
She performed a dance number from the film, Chicago. Here is
what participants had to say about that…
“I am still downloading and processing the “joy” I received at Camp
StarHeart. The day was “rich” and “sweet.” The
presenters were fabulous and the lunch was delicious. I have
attended many, many seminars and am very selective about the ones I
choose at this point in my life. Camp StarHeart was one of the
best!”
“Camp StarHeart was all I wanted and needed. What you
provided was a day of getting back in touch with the softer sides of
ourselves with your reminder to be thankful, to look for the light
and love in others.”
“The Story of
the StarHearts arrived in the mail…what a treasure!” --Cancer
